Why is my order confirmation image different from the box I received?Updated 9 months ago

The main product images on our site are updated on the 1st of every month to reflect the new animal of the month, and that image is tied to our order confirmations.

If multiple subscription orders are processed in the same month, they will all be for that month's species. If you skip a month, you will skip that month's species.
