You can include a personalized message when purchasing a gift subscription, but not with standard gift box orders at this time.

Gift subscriptions are digital gifts — the recipient receives the gift via email along with your message. From there, they will redeem the gift and select where the box ships and when their first box begins. This allows the gift to be sent directly to them, on their schedule. 🎁✨

How to add a message to a Gift Subscription

1. Select Gift Subscription or GIFT IT on our homepage

2. Choose your age group and frequecy, then enter the recipient’s information

3. Add your note in the Message field before completing your order

For physical/gift box orders (non-subscription):

We currently cannot attach notes to standard gift box purchases. Only gift subscriptions include the option for a custom message.
