Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?Updated 2 days ago
Your subscription box is packed with care, and our standard processing time before shipment is typically 5–7 business days (excluding weekends). During periods of high order volume—such as the beginning of the month or the holiday season—processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please note that labels are often created before orders are fully assembled and picked up, so it’s normal for tracking updates to take a few days.
In most cases, tracking will update within 48 hours of the carrier picking up the package. If your tracking hasn’t updated—or if it’s been more than 10 business days since your order was placed—please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to look into it for you!
