Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?Updated 4 months ago

Your subscription box is packed with care, and our processing time before the order ships is typically 5-7 days, excluding weekends. During times of high order volume such as the beginning of the month or the holiday season processing time may be as long as 7-10 business days.

Once your order's shipping label has been created you should receive a system generated email with a tracking number.

Shipping labels are created before orders are assembled and shipped, so it is typical for a few days for your order to be picked up by the carrier. 

Most tracking numbers will update once the carrier picks up your order within 48 hours. If your tracking number has not updated or you have any questions or concerns please contact customer support and we would be happy to check on your order's status!
