Why does it say I don’t have an account with you if I have placed an order/have a subscription?Updated a year ago

When you place an order with us, an account is not automatically created for you - If you have already placed an order or you have an active subscription. You would like to create an account/access your order history please reach out to customer service with the email address used to place your order or a recent order number to have an account activation link sent to you.
