Why does it say I don’t have an account with you if I have placed an order/have a subscription?Updated 14 days ago

If you’ve placed an order with us, you do have an account — and you can log in anytime using the email you used at checkout.

You do not need to create a password. Instead, just enter your email and you’ll receive a secure one-time login code to access your profile instantly.

If you’re having trouble logging in:

Sometimes this message may appear if:

🔸 The email entered doesn’t match the one used at checkout
🔸 There was a typo or formatting error in the email address
🔸 A temporary website glitch prevented login access
