Your subscription box is packed with care and our processing time before the order ships is typically 5-7 days, excluding weekends. During times of high order volume such as the beginning of the month or the holiday season processing time may be as long as 7-10 business days.

In most cases, tracking will update within 48 hours of the carrier picking up the package. If your tracking hasn’t updated—or if it’s been more than 10 business days since your order was placed—please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to look into it for you!
