I don't want my prepaid subscription to renew - how can I stop the automatic renewal?Updated 13 days ago

All edZOOcation subscriptions automatically renew for convenience, peace of mind, and uninterrupted service. However, customer support can disable the automatic renewal of your subscription upon request after your initial order is placed.

• The automatic renewal can be turned off for our prepaid subscriptions - please contact customer support with your order number and email address to have the automatic renewal turned off. 
• The auto-renewal monthly subscription cannot be turned off. However, you can pause your subscription, skip an unwanted box, reschedule your next order and/or cancel upcoming shipments anytime via your account.
