You can pause your subscription at any time via the subscription portal.

To pause your subscription:

1.  Log in to your subscription account here.
2. Click "manage this subscription" on the subscription you wish to cancel.
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" 
4. You will be given the option to pause your subscription for 1 week, 1 month, or 2 months.
5. Select the pause option you would like and click on 'pause subscription'
