Once you have a subscription, you can manage your plan via your account: https://account.edzoocation.com/profile

Click on Subscriptions on the top menu.

If you're on the monthly plan, simply cancel your current subscription and sign up for the new age group.

If you're in the middle of a pre-paid plan, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
