How Can I Cancel My Subscription?Updated 2 months ago

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have a prepaid subscription, please read the disclaimer at the bottom of this page.

To cancel your subscription yourself via the subscription portal:

  1.  Log in to your subscription account here.
  2. Click Manage This Subscription on the subscription you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on Cancel Subscription.
  4. You can also pause your subscription rather than cancel if you would like. To pause:
    1. You will be given the option to pause your subscription for one week, one month, or two months.
    2. Select the pause option you would like.
    3. Click on Pause Subscription.
    4. You're all set!
  5. If you would prefer to cancel:
    1. Click on Cancel Subscription.
    2. Select the reason you would like to cancel.
    3. Provide any feedback you would like to give.
    4. Click cancel subscription.
    5. You're all set!

If you would like assistance canceling your subscription or confirming that your subscription has been canceled, please contact our customer support team via chat, phone, or email! 

*Please note that canceling a prepaid subscription will not automatically cancel existing orders. Please get in touch with support if you want to cancel your existing prepaid orders. Canceling a prepaid subscription will restrict your portal access, so you can no longer modify your subscription shipping address, box shipment date, and view add-ons.

Customer service can cancel the automatic renewal of prepaid subscriptions without restricting your portal access. Please get in touch with customer support if you want to cancel your subscription's automatic renewal.
